Return Policy

When purchasing products on the Website the Customer has a 14 day withdrawal period. You must clearly inform us that you want to return the item, via email to info@mannejalilian.com. Please write your name, email address and order number.

You, the customer, pay for the return shipping cost and you are also responsible for the product's condition after you have received it, and during the return shipping. From the date we received your message that you would like to return an item, you have 14 days to return the item to us. The item should be shipped well packaged so that it is not damaged, preferably in the package we sent it in.

If the item is used, damaged or lost due to negligence, you will lose the right of withdrawal.

We will refund whatever you paid for the item as soon as possible, or at latest within 30 days from the day we received the item.
