These general terms and conditions apply when you, as a consumer (the customer), place an order at www.mannejalilian.com:

General

We reserve the right for any typographical errors on the website and we have the right to correct and update information. All content on www.mannejalilian.com is owned by us and may not be copied or used without our written consent.

Prices

Each item is stated with price including VAT. Shipping is added and displayed in the final price. For deliveries outside the EU, local taxes and fees may apply.

Complaints and warranty

The right to file a complaint applies to products that are defective according to applicable consumer protection legislation. If you received a damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@mannejalilian.com. Please email us images to both the damaged goods and the damaged package.

We will carry the cost for the return freight for any approved complaints. Once a product is returned, for which a complaint has been filed, and the complaint approved, we will refund the Customer in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We strive to do so within 14 days from receipt of the complaint by the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse any complaint, if the product in compliance with applicable consumer protection legislation, proves not to be defective.

Applicable law and dispute resolutions

Any disputes shall primarily be settled by agreement after discussions with our customer services: info@mannejalilian.com. In the event of any dispute, www.mannejalilian.com complies with the decisions of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints, www.arn.se
